At Daraima Enterprises & Technology, we provide IT solutions, website development, e-commerce solutions, marketplace management, digital marketing, SEO, advertising, website maintenance, and other technology-related services.
Because our services are often customized and require professional time, resources, development work, planning, and third-party services, all cancellations and refund requests are subject to the terms mentioned below.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Cancellation of Services
A client may request cancellation of a service or project by submitting a written cancellation request to Daraima Enterprises & Technology.
Cancellation requests should include the client’s name, registered email address, invoice/order number, service details, and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation eligibility will depend on the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed.
Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is received before any work has started and before any resources or third-party services have been committed, the payment may be eligible for a refund.
Any applicable payment gateway, transaction, administrative, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted.
After Work Has Started
Once work has commenced, cancellation does not automatically qualify the client for a full refund.
Charges may apply for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, including but not limited to:
- Consultation and requirement analysis
- Project planning
- UI/UX and graphic design
- Website development
- E-commerce store development
- Product listing and catalogue work
- Marketplace management
- SEO and digital marketing work
- Advertising campaign setup and management
- Website maintenance
- Technical configuration
- Integration and customization
- Testing and deployment
- Any other service already performed
If the amount of work completed is equal to or greater than the amount paid, no refund will be applicable.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any refund will be determined based on:
- The service purchased
- The project stage
- Work already completed
- Deliverables already provided
- Resources allocated
- Third-party expenses
- Applicable transaction charges
- The terms agreed upon in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement
Where a refund is approved, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting applicable charges and the value of services already provided.
3. Non-Refundable Services and Expenses
The following are generally non-refundable once purchased, activated, started, or delivered:
- Completed website development work
- Completed design work
- Completed e-commerce development
- Product listing and catalogue work already completed
- Marketplace management services already performed
- SEO services already performed
- Digital marketing services already performed
- Advertising campaign management already performed
- Consultation or professional services already provided
- Domain registration and renewal charges
- Web hosting charges
- SSL certificates
- Premium themes and plugins
- Software licenses
- Third-party subscriptions
- API and integration charges
- Payment gateway charges
- Marketplace fees
- Advertising expenditure
- Other third-party services or expenses incurred on behalf of the client
Third-party charges are subject to the refund policies of the respective third-party provider.
4. Website & E-Commerce Projects
For website and e-commerce development projects, payments may be divided into milestones or stages.
Once a milestone has been completed, delivered, or approved by the client, the payment associated with that milestone will generally be considered non-refundable.
If the client cancels the project during development, Daraima Enterprises & Technology may calculate the amount payable based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any remaining eligible amount, after deducting completed work and non-refundable expenses, may be considered for refund.
5. E-Commerce & Marketplace Services
For services related to Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, Meesho, or other marketplaces, cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the service period and work already performed.
Once product listing, catalogue creation, account management, store management, optimization, advertising setup, or other marketplace work has commenced, the charges for completed services will generally be non-refundable.
For monthly or recurring marketplace management services, cancellation will normally take effect from the next billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. SEO & Digital Marketing Services
SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplace advertising, social media management, and other digital marketing services involve ongoing professional work.
Once a service period has started, fees for work already performed during that period are generally non-refundable.
Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta, marketplaces, or other third-party advertising platforms are also non-refundable by Daraima Enterprises & Technology.
SEO rankings, traffic, leads, sales, conversions, or revenue cannot be guaranteed because these results depend on various external factors, including search engine algorithms, competition, market conditions, platform policies, and customer behavior.
7. Recurring Services
For monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other recurring services, clients may request cancellation before the next billing cycle.
Once a new billing or service period has started, the charges for that period are generally non-refundable.
Partial refunds for unused portions of an active service period will generally not be provided unless specifically agreed in writing.
8. Client-Initiated Changes or Cancellation
A refund will generally not be applicable where cancellation occurs because of:
- Change of business plans
- Change of product or service
- Change of requirements
- Change of business strategy
- Budget limitations
- Client dissatisfaction with a previously approved design or requirement
- Failure to provide required information or content
- Failure to provide required account access
- Delayed approvals or feedback
- Client’s decision to discontinue the project after work has commenced
Where requirements change after project commencement, additional charges and revised timelines may apply.
9. Delays Caused by the Client
Daraima Enterprises & Technology will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeline.
However, delays caused by the client, including delayed content, approvals, feedback, payments, account access, product information, images, documents, or other required materials, will not normally qualify the client for a refund.
The project timeline may be extended accordingly.
10. Duplicate or Excess Payments
If a client accidentally makes a duplicate payment or pays an amount greater than the applicable invoice amount, the client should contact us as soon as possible.
After verification, the eligible excess amount may be refunded through the original payment method, subject to applicable transaction or banking charges.
11. Refund Request Procedure
To request cancellation or a refund, the client must contact Daraima Enterprises & Technology in writing.
The request should include:
- Client name
- Registered email address
- Invoice/order number
- Service name
- Payment date
- Amount paid
- Reason for cancellation/refund
- Any relevant supporting information
We may review the project records, communications, payment details, work completed, and applicable agreement before making a decision.
12. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, Daraima Enterprises & Technology will initiate the eligible refund through the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.
Any applicable payment gateway, bank, transaction, administrative, or third-party charges may be deducted.
The time taken for the refund to appear in the client’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
13. Suspension or Termination for Non-Payment
Daraima Enterprises & Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Suspension or termination due to non-payment does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of amounts already paid.
The client may remain responsible for payment of completed work, outstanding invoices, and applicable expenses.
14. Fraudulent, Illegal, or Unauthorized Use
No refund will be provided where services have been used for fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activities.
Daraima Enterprises & Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in such circumstances, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
15. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, Daraima Enterprises & Technology may consider a refund, credit, adjustment, or alternative resolution at its discretion.
Any exception to this policy must be confirmed by Daraima Enterprises & Technology in writing.
16. Policy Updates
Daraima Enterprises & Technology reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
